A Texas Hello

Hello friends. Larissa here today a Texas theme card for you. I used two different stamp sets for this card. First I stamped the quote from Sam Houston from the set TEXAS QUOTES using a Black ink.
Then I used all the stamps of the city names from the Texas Clear Set. Even though this card was going to be a CAS card it looked almost too plain. So I used the single bluebonnet stamped and stamped it three times across the bottom. I colored them using Copic markers G05, G08, B91, and B95.

This is going to a friend that us to live in Texas and is home sick just as a sweet Texas Hi Y'all.

Hope you enjoyed my post today. Have a wonderful day friends.

Dia De Los Muertos

Hello friends. Larissa here today with a fun card I created. I used the Dia De Los Muertos Hombre
I used my Misti tool and stamped the image 3 times on the card front. I then colored each using  Copic markers. I used C7-C5-C3-W00-W3-E42- E44-R35 and G09.
I stamped the sentiment from the set on the card front.  I matted the card front on a piece of Riding Hood Red cardstock and then adhered it to a white card base.

This set will be awesome for Halloween and the Day of the Dead. But until then I will have fun using it to make other cards.

Thanks for stopping by today.

a sparkly tiara

Hi everyone! Ashley here today using the Sparkle and the With Some Sparkle stamp sets to show you a pretty card.
First I used the Sparkle stamp set and silver super fine detail embossing powder to make some sparkles on my background.

Then I stamped the sentiment from With Some Sparkle in white fine detail embossing powder. I think this font is so pretty. Next I stamped the tiara from the same stamp set and used Wow! embossing glitter in shocking pink. That's definitely a sparkly tiara!

Twinkle Twinkle

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today and I've created a quick and easy card for you today.

This card uses the Hanging Stars clear stamp set.  There are 15 stamps in this set, enough to create a variety of cards.

Keeping it simple, I stamped a selection of stars across the card and the phrase in the lower corner.  Ribbon was added for some dimension.

Next time you need a quick card, pick up this set and start stamping.

Thanks for stopping by today.

A Cup of Tea

Hello friends. Larissa here with you today using the stamp set Tea Time.

I stamped the images on a piece of watercolor paper. I watercolored the entire background with a watered down black. I kept adding more water until I got the effect I was looking for. It kind of looks like I just dropped it on the paper. :) I used one shade of blue for the cup as well. I just added more water here and there to get the highlights.

This is another fun set. There are 4 different sentiments with the set.

I hope you enjoyed my post today.
Have a wonderful day friends.

espresso makes the world go round

Hi everyone! Ashley here today using the Frothy Concoctions stamp set! There are so many ways you can use this stamp set - it comes with 19 stamps - but one of my favorites is to make coffee themed thank you cards and then stick a Starbucks gift card inside. I did this for my medical assistants last year and they loved it.

PWP has a coffee ring stamp in the Art Textures red rubber cling stamp set that would go perfectly with the Frothy Concoctions stamp set too, as I'll show you!

First I stamped my coffee cup onto coordinating patterned paper and fussy cut the images. Then I grabbed the Art Textures stamp set and used brown embossing powder to heat emboss a couple of coffee ring images onto my card.

My sentiment comes from the Earth and Sky stamp set. In its original form it says ' love makes the world go round,' but with a little masking, you can make it say anything you want! I masked off 'love' and heat embossed the rest of the sentiment. Then I used the 'espresso' stamp from the Frothy Concoctions stamp set with brown ink to replace 'love.' What do you think?

You make me happy

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today and I've created this happy card for you today.

I've used By the Sea Clip Art Sheets, cutting several elements for my card.  I matted them on black cardstock before adding them to the card.

I've used two different stamp set on the tag - Happy clear stamp set and the Christmas Mix It Up clear stamp set.

Cute card with only a few elements.

Thanks for stopping by today.
